The PAID edition lets you FIND and REPLACE. In case you do not already know how to use regular expressions, the help menu has links to excellent references to help you learn. Regular expressions are super powerful. You can also search and replace using phrases without wildcards, but you will be missing out on most of the power of the utility. The biggest difference between FuzRegex and other search and replace utilities on the market is that it is SCRIPTABLE. That means that you can use it to automate search and replace steps that need to be done in sequence.

The IIS Backup Utility enables you to backup all your IIS settings, including the complete list of web sites and all associated virtual paths and permissions, to an XML file. This XML file can then be used to selectively restore the sites to the same machine or any other machine using IIS 5, 6 or 7 (Win2000, Win2003, Vista, Win2008). When restoring, you can run global search and replace in order to adjust ip numbers and paths that may differ slightly from one machine to another. If you are using the MS POP3 service, you can also backup email account names. When running on Vista and Win2008, you must have the Microsoft IIS6 Compatibility Tools installed.
