DDQuickReference is designed to provide rapid access to user-defined reference information (phone extensions, birthdates, etc). It is accessible via a system-wide HotKey.DDQuickReference is designed to be available whenever you need it, regardless of what application you are currently using. DDQuickReferebce can be activated anytime it is running using your mouse or using a "HotKey" key combination. By default, DDQuickReference is launched upon startup of your PC and is minimized in the System Task Tray on the lower right-hand side of your desktop. When DDQuickReference is running, you can access it by using the HotKey or by clicking on the icon in the System Tray. While the mouse can be used for both activating and minimizing DDQuickReference, experience has shown that using the HotKey is a much easier and quicker method and it is recommended that you at least try this method to see if it might work better for you.
