Visual Toolbar offers you an easy way to design your true-color toolbar resources in Visual C++ and Delphi. You can add, remove, merge, reorder bitmap image items, and preview the merged image before export. You can also automatically generate the Disabled grey-scale image for the toolbar resources.
Once you have merged a list of images into a toolbar BMP resource file, you may like to insert new image items to the merged BMP files.
