All clients use its own image, iStorage Server will create individual images for each client, and image can be encrypted by CHAP secret.

Compared to iscsi, INetDisk also provides a virtual write technology. what is the virtual write mean, That is the user may carry on some operation (read, write, etc) while using the disks, but all operations only affect himself/herself rather than affect the others using same source disks. And all the operation is transparently to users. Mapping the whole disk on server to the same virtual ones on other computers. Mapping partitions on server to virtual hard disks on other computers, the diskâ??s contain a partition that same as the source partitions. A transparent(on-the-fly) disk/cd encryption system, which combin with AES 256-bit encryption. DiskEncryptor can make a disk partition encrypted on the windows system or create some new virtual disks and cds. After encypted, all the operation for this encrypted disk is as the same as a normal disk, when read and write, the decryption and encryption engine is running at background and transparently.
