It is a plug-in of Microsoft Internet Explorer so that users are able to start the program from IE toolbar or menu and the program will list all Flash movies on the web pages they are browsing for download. If users do not use IE, the program also can be run as standard Windows application and save Flash movies from web pages which are input by users manually.
