They are by far the best courier service around SF and they have better rates. We use them daily for our office and I love them so much, I had to write a review to support them. They are super fast, reliable, and professional. After a few times calling, Betsy and Dominic will remember you and they make it really easy and are so personable. Their messengers are really nice and you can tell they care about doing a good job.

We have used both Pelican and Flash for our office and Pelican was so slow and their messengers were so unprofessional. Try Flash and you won't regret it.

If you ever need a messenger, consider Flash. Flash rocks. They're very efficient and reliable, and veterans at filing at court. Most first year lawyers don't know how to file at court.

My favorite messenger is Joe because he's super nice and really goes out of his way to get the job done. There have been a few instances when he's charged court fees on his personal credit card because the paralegal forgot to include a check. :) -1 star because the messengers have to pay for their own cell phones. I think the company should at least give their messengers a cell phone stipend, because they rely on their phones for so much.

No wonder their called Flash. Their super fast and efficient. I called them to pick up the package and literally the guy was here at the Office (SF) in 10 minutes.

The drivers and telephone operator are friendly. They get the job done.  

The rates are reasonable. Cost us $35 from SF to Oakland...not bad, especially since it was during commuting hours.
