VOWSoft Picaloader is a useful utility that helps you find, download and organize pictures you find on the web. PicaLoader also includes the Promethean Pagination Thumbnail Browser which lets users organize pictures into pages. Users can sort and search pictures by name, size, time, source URL and user notes, as well as select, copy, move and delete pictures between the different pages, and even set the pages as a desktop wallpaper.
