Passaggio is software for your computer that helps a singer improve his or her singing. 

Passaggio is a revolutionary new vocal training tool for professionals to use in their teaching.

Passaggio gives the singer a picture of their voice as they are singing. The vocal picture is shown against the musical staff so that the singer can instantly tell what is going on and make adjustments on the spot.

Passaggio displays pitch, vocal quality and volume as it happens.

Passaggio shows you a real time display of your voice while speaking or singing. The voice is displayed as a series of dots moving from left to right that show the pitch, vocal quality and volume of the voice in minute detail. The display background is set up as a musical staff.

The Treble clef is used for female voices and the Bass clef for male voices. Passaggio has many options including the dot size, and the color scheme.

Passaggio has a feature to limit background noise so that the display will only advance when the user speaks or sings. The display can be marked by arrows by the voice teacher, comments can be typed in, and it can be printed or saved as a pdf for future reference.

System Requirements

Passaggio is a Windows program that runs on Windows XP or Windows Vista. Passaggio will run on any modern PC hardware. It will even run on low-end PC's that use the Intel Atom processor. Passaggio needs a display resolution of at least 1024 x 600 and 16 bit colors. The microphone can be a built in notebook computer microphone or an external analog or USB mike.
