With KollectAll V8! you can collect anything and the whole family can share 1 collecting program. Below are descriptions of each of the main parts of the program, each has a unique function to help you manage your collectibles.
The main splash screen identifies the collecting program version, you can change the name and add your own custom splash screen picture.
The folder screen is where you create each category of the item or collectible you want to inventory and catalog in KollectAll V8! Anything can be collected in KollectAll V8! from TV's to art work, figurines etc. You can even create a "For Sale" and "For Trade" folders, any type of folder that describes what is in it can be created.
The Item Screen is where you enter items that belong in that folder. The labels are completely customizable by you to reflect exactly what you want, how you want it to flow, change the label names, use special collecting words, use your language, etc.
The Image Viewer lets you attach an unlimited amount of images to each item so you can have multiple views of the item from every angle. You can add images to each item in your collections in several formats including .bmp, .jpg, etc. and print out the image.
The View All tab lets you quickly see every item that is in the folder for that collectible. The screen can be adjusted to display the information you want and is a very flexible reporting tool.
The Totals tab lets you see what your collection for a specific folder is worth and what the estimated value of the items in that folder are worth. Its a quick way to see how your collection is growing by folder.
Reports, the program comes with 2 built in reports you can edit, but you can also create custom reports on the fly, based upon what you want to see with the "View all" tab.
KollectAll-V8! is the only collecting program that let's you:
