We spend a lot of time at computer. In order to make work with computer easy, TimeBell software will take care of reminders and certain necessary actions at the time predefined by you.
In predefined time TimeBell software can:
- display program window with your text reminder (picture can be added to it, if desired)
- start up predefined program or file
- close program at predefined time
- open predefined website
- switch monitor off, shutdown, restart your computer, put it to sleep or put it to standby mode, change PC user
- accompany your task by the sound.
All these tasks can be one-time or periodic: (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly). When started, TimeBell software notifies you about missed tasks. If TimeBell software is used on multiple computers, you have an option to transfer the file with TimeBell tasks between computers with the help of carrier as well as remotely via internet.
Number of TimeBell tasks is unlimited.
You can create TimeBell tasks remotely via internet. In order to do that, you need to go to website www.evvasoft.com and register. After creation of your user ID on this website, enter your login detail in TimeBell software (user needs to create separate IDs for each installation of the software on the website and in software). Why is this necessary?When you need to create a reminder or a task on you computer (computer has to have internet connection), which is remotely located.

TimeBell program is simple and convenient in use. Possesses a clear interface intuitively. For user convenience all actions for creation of a reminder are in the one window interface. The TimeBell can remind you about important events showing a notification message,by playing music, opening a document or file, or starting the program ,shut down or restart PC you choice in nominated you time.The number of reminders is 50.
1. Select the date and the time for reminder. If position hours, minutes or seconds, not chosen, the position of hours and seconds, minutes, there is "00".
2. If it is necessary to create the text message (reminder), which will be remind at the appointed time. Enter the text in window "Message".
3. If it is necessary to specify a file, which will be started at the appointed time. Choose the file in the window "Open file".

5. If it is necessary to restart the computer in the appointed time. Choose the item "Restart PC".
6. If it is necessary to shut down computer in the appointed time. Choose the item "Shut down PC".
Warning: If select of item 5 or 6 then blocks action choice 2,3,4 items.
7. The reminders created by you will be displayed in a window «YOUR CHOICE ».
8. Your can choose the skins.
9. Your can choose the repeat for reminders.

11. Your can choose the function a calendar.

After the created tasks for reminders press button "OK". For delete the tasks for reminders click the left button mouse on task for reminder in the window "YOUR CHOICE" and click button "DELETE". To edit a task for reminder you need to double click the left mouse button on the reminder in the window YOUR CHOICE .After the edit a task for reminder press "OK" or "DELETE" for delete. The notification on missed reminder during the start-up program(if the program was not launched in time mentioned in the reminder). If you double click on the task in the window "TODAY" show a window with description selected task for reminders.

To create a new contact , click "Create new contact" in the main window or click the "Edit \ Add " in window adding and edition information. After entering the information click" OK ". In window "e-mail" ,selecting the left mouse button necessary the e-mail address,click the right mouse falls a context menu, choose the option "send email" you will automatically go into the program to send email.
