TimeBell 4 is designed with three important objectives:
- provide you a user-friendly interface.
- be simple and easy to operate.
- provide multiple useful features, but not an overload.
In TimeBell 4, you can:
- create an unlimited number of reminders.
- insert a warning beep.
- shut off, restart, standby, logoff, hibernate or turn off monitor (NEW) your PC at a time you select.
- run a selected program, open a selected file or open a selected web site at a time you select.
- close a selected program at a time you select. NEW
- run tasks one time, or on a recurring basis (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly).
TimeBell 4 settings include the ability to:
- run TimeBell 4 automatically when windows starts.
- minimize TimeBell 4 to the system tray (near the clock).
- open a window showing you a list of reminders for the day.
- view at any time a list of reminders for today. NEW
- display on your desktop a separate monthly calendar, with selectable transparency.
- show a message box of missed one-time reminders.
- change the appearance, with a choice of skins, colors and fonts.
- have the program tell you time every hour with a pleasant female voice.
- when run text reminders, animated icon in system trey. NEW
- you can export data file program TimeBell 4 for transfer on another PC (specify a directory to save the file "Information"). Or import data file program TimeBell 4 with another PC on your PC (specify the directory location of the file "Information"). NEW
Creating a TimeBell 4 reminder or action:
1. Open the program and select the date and time. If you do not specify hour, minute and seconds the values will automatically default to "00".
2. Select the action you want to take place. Choices are: Show a text message, run a file,close program, open a web site, manage your PC?s power. You can choose to have any of these actions take place with a warning sound!
3. All of these actions can be set to occur separately or together. For each action you can select one-time execution, or have the action repeat at a selected interval.
4. To edit a task, double click the left button mouse on the task listed.
5. All the associated settings will appear in a window where you can edit the settings.
6. After editing, press "OK" and all your changes will appear in the task list.
7. You can delete a task by left-clicking on a task to highlight it and then pressing the ?DELETE? button
8. When TimeBell 4 starts, if you selected "show the window today," a list of reminders for today will appear. You can then double click the left mouse button to see a message box listing the information set for each task.
Latest changes to the program.

1. Select the date and the time for reminder. If position hours, minutes or seconds, not chosen, the position of hours and seconds, minutes, there is "00".
2. If it is necessary to create the text message (reminder), which will be remind at the appointed time. Enter the text in window "Message".
3. If it is necessary to specify a file, which will be started at the appointed time. Choose the file in the window "Open file".
THESE ACTIONS CAN BE CHOSEN SEPARATELY AND TOGETHER.
4. If it is necessary to choose a sound file for support of your reminder at the appointed time. Choose the sound in window "Sound".
5. If it is necessary to restart the computer in the appointed time. Choose the item "Restart PC".
6. If it is necessary to shut down computer in the appointed time. Choose the item "Shut down PC".
Warning: If select of item 5 or 6 then blocks action choice 2,3,4 items.
7. The reminders created by you will be displayed in a window «YOUR CHOICE ».

To edit a task for reminder you need to double click the left mouse button on the reminder in the window YOUR CHOICE .After the edit a task for reminder press "OK" or "DELETE" for delete. The notification on missed reminder during the start-up program(if the program was not launched in time mentioned in the reminder). If you double click on the task in the window "TODAY" show a window with description selected task for reminders.

To create a new contact , click "Create new contact" in the main window or click the "Edit \ Add " in window adding and edition information. After entering the information click" OK ".
