FBUtill 99 will allow you
to globally edit players attributes and easily make other changes in your
league files. It is designed to work with FBPro 99.

FBRad is desigend to work with FBPro 96-98. It will allow you to modfy your players ratings leaguwide by using either a template or global editor with % for any attributes you wish to change. You can also edit each player individually from one window.
