ArtIcons Information

Use ArtIcons to find and extract, edit, import and export icons and manage icon libraries. ArtIcons contains a variety of paint tools to let you create and edit icons with image formats in either standard or custom sizes, in color depths up to 32-bit True Color. You can import icons from image, cursor and library files and even from executables. ArtIcons allows you to arrange icons into libraries. ArtIcons supports Windows XP icon format.
