Thank you for choosing the program TimeBell.
When we created a program «TimeBell» basic requirements this were user-friendly interface, simplicity of operation, multifunctionality.
In program «TimeBell» you can create an unlimited number of reminders, accompany their beep, at a selected time to turn off or restart the computer or to run choosed programs or file .Except one-time tasks you can to choose the period the run of events (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly). In the settings you can choose to run «TimeBell» when start Windows, minimize to system tray, the show window with a list reminders for the today, show on your desktop calendar (you can choose the degree of transparency windows calendar, click the right button mouse on the window calendar and choose the degree of transparent). When run TimeBell, show a message box of missed one-time reminders. The program can change the skins TimeBell design and color of fonts, select the function talk the time each hour.

TimeBell program is simple and convenient in use. Possesses a clear interface intuitively. For user convenience all actions for creation of a reminder are in the one window interface. The TimeBell can remind you about important events showing a notification message,by playing music, opening a document or file, or starting the program ,shut down or restart PC you choice in nominated you time.The number of reminders is 50.
1. Select the date and the time for reminder. If position hours, minutes or seconds, not chosen, the position of hours and seconds, minutes, there is "00".
2. If it is necessary to create the text message (reminder), which will be remind at the appointed time. Enter the text in window "Message".
3. If it is necessary to specify a file, which will be started at the appointed time. Choose the file in the window "Open file".
THESE ACTIONS CAN BE CHOSEN SEPARATELY AND TOGETHER.
4. If it is necessary to choose a sound file for support of your reminder at the appointed time. Choose the sound in window "Sound".
5. If it is necessary to restart the computer in the appointed time. Choose the item "Restart PC".
6. If it is necessary to shut down computer in the appointed time. Choose the item "Shut down PC".
Warning: If select of item 5 or 6 then blocks action choice 2,3,4 items.
7. The reminders created by you will be displayed in a window «YOUR CHOICE ».
8. Your can choose the skins.
9. Your can choose the repeat for reminders.
10. Your can choose the color font.
11. Your can choose the function a calendar.
12. Function talk the time every hour.
13. Function displayed a zodiac constellations in the calendar and the year of eastern calendar.
After the created tasks for reminders press button "OK". For delete the tasks for reminders click the left button mouse on task for reminder in the window "YOUR CHOICE" and click button "DELETE". To edit a task for reminder you need to double click the left mouse button on the reminder in the window YOUR CHOICE .After the edit a task for reminder press "OK" or "DELETE" for delete. The notification on missed reminder during the start-up program(if the program was not launched in time mentioned in the reminder). If you double click on the task in the window "TODAY" show a window with description selected task for reminders.

To create a new contact , click "Create new contact" in the main window or click the "Edit \ Add " in window adding and edition information. After entering the information click" OK ". To edit the information that should be allocated in the appropriate letter edit the entry, press the left mouse button and click the "Edit \ Add. " For delete entry,select the entry and press button "DELETE" or in a window of addition-editing of the information to press button "DELETE". If you right-click on the calendar, you can select the transparency of the windows calendar.
In window "site" , selecting the left mouse button necessary name the site ,by pressing the right mouse falls a context menu, select option "open site" you will automatically go to the page chosen a site.
In window "e-mail" ,selecting the left mouse button necessary the e-mail address,click the right mouse falls a context menu, choose the option "send email" you will automatically go into the program to send email.
For convenience in using the program, added sound pronunciation function of time every new hour.
