Mail To Selection: A unique feature of nine of the templates included in the package is the ability of the template to respond to your specification of the preferred mailing address at the time that the template is printed. To use this feature you need to set up a field in your database (instructions are included with the package) where you specify the preferred mailing address, office or home, for each contact in your database. Then when the label, envelope, or postcard is printed, the template will automatically print the correct mailing address. Labels: The package includes seven templates for mailing labels. Five, xx60, xx61, xx62, xx63, and xx64 use the Mail To feature described above. Note: Avery labels typically use the last two numbers to define the label format and the first two numbers for the type of label material. To avoid clumsy template names, xx is substituted for the first two numbers. In addition, a standard template is included for the xx64 template which is omitted from the standard ACT! labels. There is also a template for the xx67 return address label.Postcards: Postcard are very useful for meeting notices, announcements, etc. Unfortunately, the ACT! program does not include any Masters for the Avery postcard sheets. This package includes templates for all three style Avery postcard sheets. The 8386 and 8389 sheets provide two 4x6 cards per sheet in portrait orientation, While very similar, the format of these two sheet is slightly different requiring a different template for each. The 8383 sheet providers for four 4.25x5.5 cards per sheet in landscape orientation. This package provides blank Master templates for each sheet for you to create your message. Two different styles for the address side of the cards are provided for all three postcard sheets, one each for the standard main address and a separate one with the Mail To option. Envelope: The package provides a template for the #10 envelope with the Mail To option.Added Extra: Some people like to keep some critical information on index cards or Rolodex cards. Masters for neither style Avery sheet are provides with the ACT! program. This package provides a blank Master for the index card sheet and a template for the Rolodex card sheet with fields for typical contact information.
