The summary screen displays the weighted average interest rate of all combined loans based on the current outstanding balances of each account. Lease/Loans Accounts Organiser 2010 includes purchasing power factors which report the real cost of repayments and can compare leases or loans in real terms. You can use purchasing power factors to forecast the future price of any item or service using inflation or deflation purchasing power factors.
